

Q. Do I have to be able to run?
A. No. We will meet you where you are at and there is no pressure to run any of the session. We will of course encourage you to do your best and may from time to time ask you to push your comfort zone a tad.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. It’s absolutely FREE. We are grant funded so for participants, there is not cost involved.
Q. Do I have to come on the same day each week?
A. No. We have multiple sessions per week and you can come to any of them, and it can be a different day week to week.

Q. Can I come more than once a week?
A. Yes if you’d like to. The content will be the same but you are welcome to attended more than once per week.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Comfortable footwear, appropriate clothing for the weather (you can never have too many layers).
Q. I have a medical condition, can I still take part?
A. Yes. Please indicate your condition on the form when signing up, and then make your coach aware on your first session.

Q. What if I miss a few sessions due to illness or holidays, can I still finished the programme?
A. Yes that will be fine, you could attend twice in a week and catch up on what you missed the week before.
Q. Can I bring my children with me?
A. We can accommodate children who are 12 and over. But you can of course bring younger children who can cheer you on from the sidelines.
Q. When is the 5k finale?
A. The 5k will be on the last session of the last week, usually it’s the weekend session. Everyone will come together on that day to complete their 5k together.

Q. Do I get a medal?
A. Yes you will get a medal for completing the programme.
